Beautiful pictures. It is so sad for what could've been.

Such a time of incredible highs and lows (and lessons I never thought I would have to learn...that cheaters really do win, and that Republicans are not the only underhanded players).

I remember how I felt for Massachusetts, California, Texas and Ohio, Pennsylvania, and West Virginia returns...they were electric.  I could have powered the entire US grid on just my excitement alone.

Very nice photos, loved the black and white ones! It brings a feeling over me, that I guess I will never let go of.

The pictures are wonderful.

But it is so sad. I am reminded of the cheating and what they did to her.

I was at the Baruch College rally (pictured in this collection) -- part of the overflow crowd that didn't make it into the main hall, so watched her address from an adjacent auditorium. Many of us had been waiting hours to see her speak, so needless to say, we were pretty disappointed. After giving her speech in the main hall, we were preparing to go, but do you know Hillary came next door to the auditorium so that those of us who hadn't been able to see her address "live" could at least meet her briefly? I was about ten feet away. Especially given the circumstances (the superdelegates had just selected their nominee, in one of the great travesties of American political history), she was incredibly gracious and radiant. God, I really wanted her to fight on, all the way to the convention, and for awhile it looked like she might. There was a gang of four college kids in the auditorium, high as kites, who pretended to be Hillary fans to get closer to her, but then started shouting for her to withdraw from the race (I'm putting it politely). Seeing the photos of that event reminds me of some of the best of times in the primary season (the way Hillary really found her voice and was gaining momentum in the last few months) and the worst of times (all those fascistic, gloating, obnoxious Obamabots).
