The Hillary Moment: Use it or Lose it Posted on October 7, 2009 by freemenow Editorial: Oct. 6, 2009 — The Hillary Moment: Use it or Lose it October 6, 2009 by John Charlton WHY HILARY CLINTON IS AT THE PEAK OF HER POWER and WHAT SHE CAN DO WITH IT by John Charlton I did not vote for Hillary Clinton. But this week I am a Hilary Clinton fan, in a sense. Let me explain. Hillary Clinton, the Secretary of State of the United States under Barack Hussein Obama, is, in my opinion, the most powerful person on the planet right now; that is, this week. She holds this position because the unique circumstances of history which have brought the United States into its present Constitutional Crisis; and of events which have unwittingly put her in the position of restoring the Republic and the Democratic Party, by her action, or destroying the same by her inaction. Why? Because this week Plaintiffs in two cases are waiting to hear judgment whether they have standing to sue Obama for not being eligible to hold the office of presidency. And its obvious as heck that the judges are scared to death, in my opinion, of the consequences of granting standing, on the one hand, because of the political turmoil that they believe would result; and, on the other, are concerned about destroying public confidence in the Article III judiciary. The cases of which I speak are Barnett vs. Obama and Kerchner vs. Obama; and they are in the hands of Judges David O. Carter, of the California Southern Division and Jerome B. Simandle the New Jersey Middle Division federal courts. This, combined with the massive outpouring of public wrath at the course Congress and the Obama Administration have taken in the last 9 months, the 1.7+ million Tea Partiers who marched assembled in Washington, D.c., last month, and the sinking support in the polls for Obama, put Hilary in an enviable position; unique in her career, unique in the history of the nation. If Hilary Clinton just simply said simple one sentence, this week, it would cause the Obama administration to implode; resurrect the Democratic party as a viable entity in the 2010 elections, and be met with a swift ground swell of support from the entire people of the United States who still believe in the rule of law. What is this sentence? “After careful legal and historical study, I don’t believe Obama is a natural born citizen; and therefore I request Congress to hold hearings to determine whether he lawfully occupies the office of President of the United States, in accord with the objective requirements of Article II, Section ii, paragraph 5, of the U.S. Constitution!” Such a statement would show the following about Hilary Clinton’s character: 1) It would definitely demonstrate that she is a person of integrity, who puts the U.S. Constitution before all else. 2) It would definitely prove that, as a woman, she is not a follower but a leader. Such a statement would have the following beneficial results from either her point of view, or objectively speaking. 1) It would show Democrats and Republicans that there is life in the political corridors of Washington, D.C., and that her sense of integrity will not be silenced on any issue. 2) It would revitalize the Democratic Party; not only by energizing the Hilary Democrats, but by giving her fellow Democrats who are Senators and Representatives a way of saving their 2010 relection campaigns, by definitively distancing themselves from the constant parade of lies from Obama and his ongoing campaign. 3) It pull the planks out from under the Republican Party, who has not shown even as much integrity or honesty on the issue; and forestall their claim to this issue in the 2010 elections. 4) It would create a political climate in which Carter and Simandle could uphold the constitution. 5) It would completely demolish the house of cards upon which Obama has built his candidacy and regime. 6) It would be simply be the truth. 7) It would be the consummate political maneuver of the century. It would put her in line to ascend to the presidency, when Obama and Biden are shown to be fraud and co-conspirator in fraud, as they are. 9) It would be her right, for having been robbed of the Democratic Nomination by fraud in the primaries (TX, MI, FL). 10) It would be “impeachable testimony,”* because it is manifestly evident from the books of law and history, and from Obama’s biographies, that his father being a british subject, at the time of his birth, causes him to be ipso fact, NOT a natural born citizen; and therefore ineligible to be president. Finally, to those who might criticize Hillary Clinton for accepting the position of Secretary of State under Obama; it could easily been shown that for many Americans, even the best legal minds, it has taken more than a year to clarify this issue properly, and that she has now had sufficient time to inform herself and assure herself of the justice of acting now. Lady Secretary, for the love your bear our great Nation; I ask you to use this power, which Providence has placed in your hands; and speak out! Finally, Hilary Clinton is at the peak of her power this week, because once this moment passes, she either will be just another stooge on the ship of tyranny, or pirate on the sinking ship of fraud; she will have missed her moment for self-liberation, self-vindication, and rebirth. If Carter should deny standing, Simandle will certain follow suit; then Hilary would be in a new position, where she could not claim a neutral legal question; and would have reason to believe that no one would heed her. She would be silenced, and powerless to do anything other than resign, if she wanted to distance herself from Obama. This week all eyes can look to Washington, and watch Hilary Clinton; is she the creature of a male dominated, demogagic political machine, which just plays up to minority interests, and uses women, especially her, to garner votes for an old boy system; or is she a genuine leader of woman and of men; destined to be one of the leading female figures of American History and patriotic tradition in centuries to come. It a way Hilary might positioned to be a second mother to the Nation; because its very existence as a free nation lies in a sense in her hands; and she has power of life or power of death over it. It’s your choice, Madam Secretary. Choose Life! “impeachable testimony” — is not a typo. Think about it. And no, I am not refering to the process of impeachment.
While this article makes some good points, I have to say that it irritates me a little. First of all, Hillary has always proven herself to be a "person of integrity." Obviously, this author failed to see that, or he would have voted for her in the first place. Secondly, "as a woman" she has always shown herself to be a leader, not a follower - where the hell has this guy been? And, finally, although I know she's still invested in the Dem party, why she would want to "energize" the party or protect the seats of the backstabbing Democratic senators and representatives in 2010 is beyond me.
This is typical - Those who didn't vote for Hillary still want to make her responsible for making things right. The damn Dems who fought to steal the nom from her - demanded that she unify the party. She is always the one charged with fixing things she didn't break in the first place. And, it's her detractors who are the ones screaming the loudest for her to - get in there and set things right. Then, they have a reason to bash her some more because they didn't like what she did. Damned if she does. Damned if she doesn't.
While it would be excellent if she somehow could fulfill this authors fantasy, and get O out of office - this author obviously just sees Hillary as someone who might be best able to drop a hammer on Obama. He couldn't care less about Hillary's future - obviously, doesn't want her for president, or he would have voted for her to begin with. She's just someone to be used to accomplish his purpose.
Frankly, I'm sick of that attitude. It's the same attitude I see Hannity, Laura Ingram, Oreilly, and others on FOX news exhibit. Just yesterday, I was listening to one of the FOX news shows (can't remember, maybe Fox and Friends). They were discussing a big meeting at the WH. They identified all the players who would be attending - identifying them all by proper title - Secretary ______. Then said something like "And Hillary Clinton will probably be stopping by throughout the meeting." They always say Hillary or Hillary Clinton. To FOX and every other news channel and reporter, NOW HERE THIS: she's Secretary Clinton, damn it!
End of rant. Sorry, it just seems like people feel that it's perfectly fine to be disrespectful and patronizing of Hillary.

The people elected Obama now people who did nothing about can shut up and deal with it. If you didnt vote for Hillary in the primaries you are responsible for the man we have in office right now. Everyone knew McCain was not going to win. Therefore anyone who got the Dem nod was gonna be president. Hillary had to hold her head up and stand by her husband so he could complete his 2nd term. If she would have left him he would have been done. She was charged with helping the man who accused her husband and her of beign racist win the presidency. This is not Hillary's deal to fix and why should she put her neck on the line. Who knows what kind of maniacs are out there and why they would try to do to her. We already know while In Obama's fatherland Kenya they wanted to blow her up.
I'm so glad you posted this, FreeSpirit. It is a good way to say to you, my friends, that I have about had it.
Hillary has stood by while all this has happened. Bill has actually stated that the Birthers need to shut up.
The enormity of the Congress, Supreme Court, and the judicial system being complicit in installing this criminal into office is TOO much. I cannot continue to hold people I looked up to before in high esteem when they are, basically, stomping on our Constitution by doing nothing.
If Judge Carter dismisses the case, I will sadly be giving up on the government until the light of TRUE hope comes back. Because if Hillary and Bill, et al can look at Barack Obama hiding all his papers, flipping Hillary off in public, insulting our military, stealing from people to an ungodly tune of trillions, etc., etc., then I'm done, at least for the time being. I'm tired of banging my head against a brick wall.
I know some will say, and rightfully so, that things won't change if people give up. But I have to do what is best for myself, as I can't help others if, to use an airplane analogy, I don't have enough oxygen to breathe. And this coup d'tat, and the fact that it can happen, and is happening, is making it necessary for me to take time to grab that mask and breathe.
I hold you all dear to my heart, always, and treasure our time together. That will never change! You are all amazing people, and I thank you for everything. Let's hope Judge Carter does the right thing, as his supporters have been saying he will.

Alex, I am right beside you.
I have stayed silent on this, but Hillary had a chance, back in the primaries, to do the right thing and refuse to quit, refuse to step aside at the convention, and she chose not to do that. To top it off for me, she took this job in this socialist crowd.
I see no way now but to vote them all out. I intend to vote against every democrat I can. At this point I don't care who the republican alternative will be, but I will vote for them. These "democrats" have to go, and we the people need to vote them out.
Hillary is not going to go against obama. Not now. She had a chance to speak up and chose not to.
Hillary did speak up. She didn't even quit when he clinched the nomination. If Hillary would have had a convention fight she would have been hung up on a cross and no one would have done anything to help her. Not the republicans and not the dems who turned against her and her husband echoing the charges of racism and Hillary would have been without a job and unable to make any difference. Nobody stood up for Hillary and Bill when they were beign called racists certianly not the media or dems or republicans. Its all good type what you think she should do. What do you think would happen if Hillary Clinton actually said I don't Barack Obama is eligible to serve as president because I dont beleive he was born in the US. She would be a racist, turn coat, let go from her job and laughed off the political stage by obama lovers and the media and clinton hating republicans. Lets get a little serious here Hillarys not gonna say that nor should she. Sorry for the rant, if its true that he wasnt born here and it comes to light(I happen to think he was born here) All she needs to do is say hey you guys voted him in.
Hillary should speak out on the eligibility issue if and only if she has actually possesses a copy of the birth certificate and knows 100 percent for certain that 0 is not eligible to be POTUS. Anything other than that just isn't worth the risk because the media, her fellow Dems, and the Repubs would all be taking turns portraying her as someone who has absolutely lost her mind. Let's get real here for a moment-- almost nobody takes the birthers seriously. Even within the PUMA movement, this is one of the few websites where we can even discuss the eligibility question without being laughed at or kicked off. The tea party movement and Glenn Beck are avoiding this issue as well. If Hillary says anything whatsoever about that birth certificate without solid proof to back it up, she's toast.
I can hear it now. Poor Hillary couldn't take the pressure and snapped... Bill must be cheating on her again and it's making her crazy... Must be hormones run amok, women get like that after menopause ya know... Maybe now she'll fly off in a UFO with Dennis Kucinich... Hillary's so desperate to be president, she has become a conspiracy theory nut... It must've started back when she was First Lady and had those imaginary conversations with Eleanor Roosevelt... And what about poor Barack Obama, having to work with that racist froot loop who spread lies about his citizenship and plotted against him? I wonder who our new Secretary of State will be? And so on and so on.
That John Charlton person is the one who's coocoo bananas if he thinks speaking out about 0's eligibility will help Hillary or enhance her reputation in any way.

Nobody stood in Hillary's corner. The Democrats sold her out for Obama and the Republicans looked to mock and belittle her at every stop IMO mostly because of Bill and that she was/is tough as nails. All those who turned on her only had nice things to say about her after the fact.
They made their bed and now we all have to lie in it. They want out of it, then they need to get their butts in gear finding unequivical evidence and what not. Hillary warned them all and they chose not to listen. She did her job. NOW DO YOUR'S!!!!!!!!

There's no need to yell. We're all friends here.
Oh I wasn't yelling. Just saying that those who dismissed her when she warned about Obama but still either voted for him or didn't vote at all need to step up and do, not continue to whine and expect Hillary to rectify their remorse over their mistake.
Politics are all about strategic game playing and Hillary knows what she can do to keep from ending her play because believe me, if Hillary did what this person wants in writing this article her career would be over and she'd still not have anyone in her corner. I believe the majority of Dems would totally turn on her(even the one's who hate Dems but hate Republicans more) and the Republicans based on their distain for the Clinton's and/or for their policies would adore seeing her off into the sunset never to return.
I think your assessment of Hillary's predicament is accurate, KWayne. (It's good to see you here, BTW!) Even most PUMAs won't discuss the eligibility question and they're her most loyal supporters. Besides, if 0 is truly ineligible for whatever reason, then Hillary, John McCain, Sarah Palin and whoever Hillary's veep would've been are the chief fraud victims. And I believe it's just plain wrong to expect the victims of any kind of crime to be responsible for catching the crook(s).
I agree that Hillary would be stoned in the streets if she came forward with this info. There are others who have real responsibility in this issue, namely, the national media, who have actively ignored the issue, and worse, who have ridiculed those who have raised concerns about Obama's eligibility. Regardless of their being smitten with Obama, they are ethically bound to investigate potential news stories (with huge consequences for this country) and to report. Rather than engage in investigation or even conversation about the citizenship matter, they ignore it. Of course, it doesn't help that the sponsors of tv news programs threaten to pull their sponsorships if the issue is raised.
Others responsible include, of course, the DNC, which pushed this nomination through, and which may have changed the wording in the document Obama signed accepting the nom to avoid the citizenship question.
IMO, other obstacles to the so called "birther movement" have also arisen within the movement, itself, with some high profile people making unverifiable claims, and being too vocal too quickly. I know it's necessary to reach as many as possible about this question, but something this big should be publicly aired with caution until all documentation is verified and re-verified - given the level of support O still receives from big money people - to whom he has given more big money.
I think there is so much taking place behind the scenes in this country - so much we obviously, can't know about in terms of money and power being exchanged and granted, that Obama will be protected at all costs, even at the threat of loss of America and the way of life Americans cherish. Unfortunately, many in our country don't have a clue. And worse, don't want to be bothered.
A couple of things recently have reminded me of just how entrenched the Obama hold is on some segments in this country.
1. I've recently seen a couple of mortgage company ads encouraging people to apply for loans. The focus of the entire ad is Obama and the "highly successful stimulus Obama gave us" or "the wonderful stimulus our president provided", or something equally worshipful. These mortgage companies are spending money to advertise Obama more than their own services.
2. After the closing of a number of automobile dealerships, I happened to be talking with someone who personally knew the owners of two dealerships that were closed. Both these dealers said their companies were actually making money - not losing it before the government takeover. But, were closed anyway. Both were pretty big John McCain contributors. I wonder how many other successful dealerships bit the dust because they supported a Republican for president.
These are just two small examples - but I'll bet there are thousands more out there. It seems that when it comes to covering his a**, Obama knows all the moves. His people are nothing if not meticulous. No stone is left unturned. No detail left to chance. We know how much orchestration went into O's campaign. He and his people know how to create a facade. I hope that all of his phoniness will be uncovered sooner rather than later, including the citizenship issue. But, I just don't think Hillary is in any position to expose him.
The media crucified her just for having the nerve to continue her run for the nomination against this fraud. So did her own party. We were the ones who stood by Hillary - the only ones. And while I don't think she's perfect, and don't expect her to be, I still think she's the best shot this country's got. And, I know that she, a sitting senator, a former first lady, and a citizen of this country who has been loyal and patriotic, was treated in a way that no American should be treated - by the media, by the Republicans, by the liberal elite in the Democratic Party. If they would treat her in that way just for having the audacity to run for president against Obama, what would they do if she tried to expose him for the fraud he is?!
