In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group
"Americans for Freedom of Information" has released copies of President Obama's college transcripts
from Occidental College . Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro,
receivedfinancial aidas a foreign student fromIndonesiaas an undergraduate at the school.
The transcript was released by OccidentalCollege in compliance with acourt orderin a suit broughtby the group in the Superior Court of California . The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded afellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claimforeign citizenship.
This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking.
Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US
citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.
The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about
Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as president.
When reached for comment in London , where he has been in meetings with British Prime
Minister Gordon Brown, Obama smiled but refused comment on the issue.
Britain 's Daily Mail has also carried the story in a front-page article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned,"
leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit
to the U.K.
In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced
that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as
President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey .
This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.
Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualifications to
serve as president.
Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of
Obama's campaign spending.
This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records.
Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still on-going but that the final report will be provided to the
U.S. attorney general, Eric Holder.
Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter.

Hmm, where did your brother get this information? It's not new to us, that's for sure, but it would be interesting to know if it's an organization spreading the word or if it's person-to-person.

I always thought the exposing of college transcipts strategy would allways be more effective..
b/c these fools can keep blocking the bith certificate alll they want... BUT the college transcripts ... THEY CANNOT DENY...
I suspect its not just Occiendental college that lists him as a "foreign citizen", it will be columbia... and who knows even Harvard as well... b/c if he did reclaim US citizenship, he would be a naturalized citizen... NOT natural born, and therefore not qualified to be pres. or vp...
None of those images were showing up to me, but I've seen the Jakarta school records, not the Occidental ones. That would be conclusive proof that he attended college as a foreign student. I might try to research that felllowship a little more, the one that requires the awardees to be citizens of a foreign country.
Still can't believe this Nation of Islam operative managed to worm his way into the WH.

I asked my brother to get the link and everyone he contacted said they got it from the internet. It's possible that not everything has been 'proven' in this email, but the point I was making, is that the fraud's lack of eligibility is still being circulated. People like my brother, (a Republican) probably didn't pay attention to this information, like us PUMAS! He claims that he never saw ovomit's school records (which we know is real). I know that I sent this info in a mass email - he must have deleted it, without a care.

The reason I shared this email was because I just received it from my brother who didn't know anything about omoron's background. We all knew about most of this for over a year and a half, now we know that millions of people who would care to know, have no idea about o-jerko's background.
I found it interesting and surprising that smart, intelligent people just didn't care or pay attention enough and just assumed that obamie wasn't a fraud!!!!

Yay!! That's excellent news. I talked with my older daughter yesterday, and she's appalled at him, especially after his performance concerning Ft. Hood. What kind of an animal does that, not mentioning a massacre until he does a stupid "shoutout"? She's no doubt sorry she voted for Barry, but I fear she fell for the media bs.
