As President Obama nears an important decision on U.S. troop levels in Afghanistan, Americans rate one of his key military advisers, Defense Secretary Robert Gates, much more positively than negatively. Forty-nine percent of Americans have a favorable opinion of Gates while 19% view him unfavorably. One in three Americans are not familiar enough with Gates to rate him.

The article also includes Hillary's latest poll numbers. She's at 62 percent favorable, 34 percent unfavorable, and 3 percent have no opinion. Joe Biden, by contrast, is at 42 percent favorable, 40 percent unfavorable, and 18 percent no opinion.

I can just imagine the group of 34% that doesn't favor our girl Hil, but I'd rather not and won't.confuse

I guess the 34% includes some conservatives stuck in the 90s
