Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's speech today on U.S. relations with Asia and Pacific nations will be webcast.
Clinton is to speak before an invitation-only audience at the East-West Center in Honolulu at 2 p.m.
The speech can also be viewed live on the center's Web site, EastWestCenter.org.
The center was founded 50 years ago by Congress to help strengthen ties between the United States, Asia and the Pacific region.
Clinton's address comes at the start of an eight-day trip that, in addition to Hawaii, will take her to Papua New Guinea, New Zealand and Australia.
