This is an old document Sept 2002, but worth looking at to see whether there has been any real progress in women's leadership in journalism.  I doubt it.

I flipped through the pages quickly - thoughts flooded my brain as so many things I saw were familiar; I will read it in more detail over the weekend.

This is definitely worth discussing from the viewpoint of journalism as a career direction as also in general, the status of women in the workforce.
