The one time I've agreed with a Cheney.  I was just saying on the other thread that it is sheer INCOMPETENCE that has taken these people down.

Still, it is the greedy, selfish people like the Cheneys that have set this all up, in my opinion.  It was the only way to get back in power after the COMPLETE DISASTER that was the GWBush administration.
