Romney backs McCain in Arizona Senate primary race

It's like 2008 all over again: Mitt Romney is endorsing John McCain. This time, though, it's not after a bitter presidential primary between the two GOP rivals.
McCain, facing a primary challenge for re-election to the Senate, picked up Romney's endorsement today. In a statement, the former Massachusetts governor says it's "hard to imagine the U.S. Senate without John McCain."
