Indeed, it is the Barack Obama that we the public do not see... so much so, we have to wonder if the article is made up.. but given what happened in the last two months, the article is believable.
I did notice the shift on January 29th. I observed that his visit to the House Republicans - his address and the Q&A were BOTH well executed. A bit more heart in it than we saw before.
As an aside, with this behind, in many ways, Hillary is to some degree relieved of "HillaryCare" (circa 1994). Meanwhile, I am discovering from reading various summaries that the current Bill is closer to Hillary's 2008 proposal than I had realized before except for one big difference: cross-state competition and another notable difference - opening the insurances available to the Congress. Will she get credit? No, not yet. But time will be kind to Hillary Clinton. She was truly the architect of the mega plan that provided the foundations for what got passed over the weekend.
