I never knew this. glad i saw it. now Carville's anger at O on Thurs makes sense

Carville said Thurs "If a GOP-controlled congressed convened at 1:30 am over Terry Schiavo waivor, why can't the democratic congress do the same to get a waivor to allow a foreign ships into our ports to help. This situation is clearly more dire than the Schiavo issue, the president needs to say to congress get on back here we got to act now and get this waived so we can get Denmark's vessels here NOW!"
