As my eleventh trip to Africa comes to a close, I’ve been moved by the people I’ve met and the stories I’ve heard – from a family receiving maternal and infant health care services in Tanzania to the smallholder farmers planting tree saplings in Malawi. This trip has reminded me of the importance of our continued commitment to help the people of Africa realize a better future. It’s a privilege to do this work.
