Hugo Chavez Breaks Colombia Ties After Bogota Charges

Venezuelan President Hugo Chavez on Thursday severed relations with neighbor Colombia after Bogota presented evidence it said showed 1,500 Colombian leftist guerrillas were hiding in Venezuelan territory.
