Former President Bill Clinton walked his daughter Chelsea down the aisle this weekend in Rhinebeck, New York. The lavish affair took place at the Astor Courts residence. Click through for more images of the day after the jump.
The interfaith ceremony between Chelsea Clinton and Marc Mevinsky took place under an arbor wreathed with flowers.
The Clintons are Methodists and Mezvinsky is Jewish. Flowers for the wedding are said to have cost as much as $250,000. ABC News reports that the couple read a poem by Leo Marks "The Life I Have."
The bride wore a strapless silk organza gown with a train designed by Vera Wang. The silk tulle draped bodice was accented with an embellished belt. The groom wore a Burberry tuxedo. Look for brides to copy this look for a long time to come.
Secretary of State Hilary Clinton wore a magenta Oscar de la Renta dress.
My favorite picture is this one in which we cannot see Hillary very clearly, but it is obvious that she looked gorgeous!
