Wow, birthers are not letting this thing die down.  I didn't know they were bombarding the Republicans so strongly.

At a town hall meeting in Georgetown, a woman demanded to know why Castle and his colleagues were “ignoring” questions about Obama’s birth certificate — questions that have been put to rest repeatedly by state officials in Hawaii, where the birth certificate and all other credible evidence show that Obama was born in Honolulu on Aug. 4, 1961.

 

When Castle countered that Obama is, in fact, “a citizen of the United States,” the crowd erupted in boos, the woman seized control of the gathering and led a recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance. The video went viral; by Sunday, it had been viewed on YouTube more than half a million times.

 

And birthers say members should expect more of the same in the coming weeks.

LOL it is annoying the hell out of both parties. Safe to say its annoying the fraud and anything that annoys him makes me happy.

I LOVE that video!  And I'm going to say this everywhere I go today:  We've now been put on notice that Obama's backers will do ANYTHING to keep his real info secret. 

Everyone thinks Lou Dobbs is this great hero for bringing the BC question to the forefront.  I am convinced that he was just used, voluntarily or otherwise, to spread the new lie about the BC:  It was destroyed long ago!  That is despite the fact that an Hawaiian official said last year that she saw it with her own eyes.

It's showdown time, folks.  They had to come up with this new excuse because Army Major Stefan Cook sued to see BO's BC.  Since they probably don't have one, or can't find 1961 paper to print up a fake on, they have to say that now "everything's electrontic."  They think it's the perfect crime.

Sorry, I'm repeating myself a lot today, but I heard at least one of the powers-that-be were asking about this:

I've heard that at least one Admin was wondering about an Eligibility Subforum.  My opinion is that we could do it like it was at HillVille:  Post new Eligibility news in the Main Room, then, after it drifts down to the second page of posts or so, it could be shifted to a Subforum.

It's getting to be pretty much mainstream news.  In the last week, BC news has been on CNN and other MSM, in the LA Times, etc.

Anyhoo, that's my two cents smile.gif.

I really don't see why it's the Republicans problem so much, but anything that irritates the Obama crowd this much has to be a good thing. That twit Gibbs was VERY testy today when asked about this by Bill Press. biggrin

Oh, you're a FFX fan? Cool, although I do think Auron was overpowered. All ya had to do was to haste him. That being said, I'd like to send Obama to the farplanes.

 I love all the Final Fantasys 8 and 10 were my favorites.
