Wonder Land columnist Daniel Henninger asks if Barack Obama can talk his way onto Mount Rushmore.

There has to be some substance - something concrete - that flows from the speech..

There has been no policy that has followed directly from the big speeches. The one exception is healthcare and we shall see on that.

5-6 months ago, Daniel Henninger assessed President Obama's speeches as being rhetorical and banked the exception on healthcare as Pres.Obama's true policy-centric speech.

How do you feel about that today?
