I don't like it when they refer to the Clintons as "rock-star bosses", that's a term to apply to Obama, not them, but this article brings to mind the phrase "put up or shut up":
Philippe Reines and Matt McKenna have been known to make reporters jump over hurdles to get at even the most harmless piece of information about their rock-star bosses, Bill and Hillary Clinton.
But a stonewaller of even the highest degree certainly doesn’t make a person a liar, so when they knocked down the latest rumor of a Chelsea Clinton wedding, The Mouth took them at their word.
As a matter of fact, the hardcore Clinton loyalists found one of the more clever ways to say the rumor isn’t true: They are placing a $1,000 wager against any “source” that Chelsea and Marc Mezvinsky aren’t getting married this Sunday at Chappaquiddick Island.
The duo says they will put up the money themselves if one of these “sources” comes forward and matches the bet. As of this morning, neither Clinton mouthpiece had any takers.
