This is VERY exciting news, if Lucas Smith does indeed have a bonified copy of Barack Obama's Kenyan birth certificate.  Here are the court documents, posted yesterday at Free Republic by "rxsid," someone I think is a fairly reliable source, from my experience with him/her at Obama Crimes.  The following includes a copy of the Kenyan birth certificate, as presented by Lucas Smith.

People at Free Republic are speculating that this document may result in Obama's resignation.  I've included the FR link below.  It is an amazing link, as there are over 10,000 posts on the topic of this document, and a document that Orly thinks is also important, a Certified Copy of Registration of Birth.

The following are court documents that show Lucas Smith has been added to a suit being brought by a "Captain Pamela Barnett."

This appears to be real. Has it been confirmed of origin I wonder. We can only hope this finally goes somewhere.

What happened to that copy of the BC that Orly said she had a few weeks ago? Did it turn out to be fake or is her BC a copy of the same document that Smith has?

I still don't like seeing Hillary's name on that list of defendants. She is NOT one of the perpetrators of this (alleged) fraud! She, along with John McCain and Sarah Palin have suffered the most harm from 0's (alleged) crime.

thanks for letting us now about all this Alex.....ya know, its the deceitfulness of all this that makes me angry... this is how a banana republic works.. is this what America is now? a banana republic?

I hated it when Bush did it... I hate it when that illegible fraud does it as well!

these pundit idiots are so stupid, they seem to think this is some GOP/repub crap... NO.. and HELL NO!

we are all americans, NOT DEMS OR REPUBS ... we want the rules of the consitution followed.. we want fair play... no corporate welfare to banks.. etc.. this is why people are pised off... its agn BOTH PARTIES!.. they use us to score votes by dividing us... and then screw up the country... no wonder independents outnumber BOTH political parties.. people don't trust either party...

I really don't give a crap if someone calls themselves a dem or repub.. if they follow the consitution, and govern the way the country was founded and why it succeeded when no others did... smaller govt, personal responsibility, no bailout.. if you screw up.. file bankcruptcy and start over.... work hard and play by the rules, no judicial activism.. want to fight about legislation.. fight about it and resolve it in congress.. don't write vague laws that can be then twisted by some judge...we want a strong national defense.... we are sick and tired of politicians who milk the system.. both sides!

What Orly has is a picture of a Certified Copy of Registration of Birth.  She no doubt still has this.  To me, it looks legit, but it's just a picture of the document.  I think I remember reading that the original is supposed to be in England.

As far as our girl Hill goes, this is just part of the territory of being Secretary of State.  A lot of this procedural stuff involves other countries, such as Kenya, so she MUST be included in a suit like this.

Totally agree, ssmith.  This is about honor and integrity.  I keep wondering how you teach that, if you're born with it, if there's any "Honor and Integrity" therapy, or what.  These people need some serious help!
