A commentator at Canada Free Press says he has obtained copies of two documents apparently prepared by Democrats to certify Barack Obama as their nominee for president in 2008 that suggest House Speaker Nancy Pelosi knew there was an unresolved issue with his eligibility under the U.S. Constitution.

Writer JB Williams describes himself as a "no nonsense commentator on American politics, American history, and American philosophy." And he say's he's gotten possession of copies of the documents in question.

The first includes a verification that Obama and Joe Biden, then-candidate for vice president, "are legally qualified to serve under the provisions of the United States Constitution."

The second form obtained by Williams appears identical, although the signatures are different, including the same strategic typographical error. But in this one, the verification of eligibility under the requirements of the U.S. Constitution is gone.

"Now this is the stuff real conspiracies are made of!" Williams, who also maintains his own website, wrote. "Please allow me to connect the dots here…"

"The fact that TWO DNC Certifications exist, both signed, dated and notarized by the same individuals on the same day, means that a very real conspiracy to commit election fraud was under way, and since it took until six months after the election to uncover it, the conspiracy was indeed successful," Williams wrote.

"Are you still wondering why Barack Obama has spent nearly $1.5 million in taxpayer's funds to race Department of Justice lawyers around the country to stop all cases questioning Obama's eligibility before discovery can force Obama to open up his top secret life?"

He described the discoveries as "actually very serious business."

"We are talking about the top-down leadership of the ruling political party knowingly and wantonly defrauding voters by way of playing monkey business with fraudulent election documents."

The documents show the "Official Certification of Nomination" of Obama, of "5046 South Greenwood Avenue" in Chicago and Joe Biden, of "1209 Barley Mill Road" in Wilmington, Del., as the party's candidates.

They were signed by Pelosi as chair of the Democratic National Convention as well as Alice Travis Germond, the secretary of the Democratic National Convention at its nominating meetings in Denver a year ago.

They were notarized by Shalifa A. Williamson of Denver.

Other bloggers also speculated that a document was signed with the verification of constitutional eligibility, and Democratic officials then decided to generate another without, suggesting at least an awareness of the issue involved.

I'm going to look at this writing more carefully. Holy crap! Well, we all here knew these two were up to no good from day one.

All of this record stuff coming out is kind rather unique, wouldn't you agree? I believe that BHO picked on a "bigger" group he couldn't control--like the CIA. Hummmm I just think it's rather obvious someone out there is feeding info we couldn't get our hands on before.

I absolutely belive the undemocrats know they have an illegimate fraud in the WH.. the CIA knows as well... and now the CIA will be leaking bits and pieces over time .. now that they know the illegimate fraud is agn them.

also... not sure if you guys knew.. BUT... the SOS of NH is just now agreeing to open a case to investigate this ... the 2 papers.. he wants to know if the DNC committed fraud agn the state of NH

(Sept. 12, 2009) —  New Hampshire State Representative, Lawrence M. Rappaport payed a visit to Mr. William Gardner, the NH Secretary of State, on Thursday, Sept. 10th.

His stunning request:  an investigation of Barack Hussein Obama’s presence on the NH 2008 Ballot.

Gardner’s stunning response:  an investigation will commence.

I interviewed Mr. Rappaport by email, and asked him, on what basis did he make his complaint; he responded, “The basis for all of this is possible fraud.  I don’t know what penalties will be assessed if fraud is proven.”

Rappaport’s action follows stunning revelations that Nancy Pelosi deliberately signed two different forms certifying Barack Hussein Obama was the Democratic National Party candidate for the presidency.  While these forms have been known to exist for some time, it was J.B. Williams, writing for the Canadian Free Press who brought them national notoriety, earlier this week.

It is unclear, if, in the eventuality that New Hampshire determines fraud was committed, on the grounds that Barack Hussein Obama is not a natural born citizen of the United States, if the State will move, through its governor, to take some sort of action on the National scene, or who would be liable in law for the crime committed in-state. A user on the TheTreeOfLiberty.com forum had the following posting, purportedly from Mr. Rappaport entitled, “Results of session with NH Secretary of State” from Friday, September 11:

Yesterday I met with the New Hampshire Secretary of State, William Gardner.
The issue was the questionable citizenship of Barack Obama and, therefore,
his right to be President of the United States. I told Mr. Gardner that there was controversy over Obama’s citizenship and
that I thought, therefore, that there should be an investigation of the
issue. All candidates are required to submit certain documents in order to
run for election in New Hampshire and one of them certifies you eligibility.
I presented the Secretary of State with two birth certificates from Kenya
saying that Mr. Obama was born there. He asked me if I thought they were
genuine. I replied that I did not know, but there was certainly enough
controversy to begin an investigation. The people who would start this
investigation were out of the office yesterday, but Mr. Gardner assured me
that they would investigate. He has my email address and telephone numbers
and he said he would keep me informed.
