Former President Bill Clinton told CNN Monday that he thinks some of the criticism directed at President Obama is racially motivated, but added that not all of Obama’s detractors are racist and urged his fellow Democrats to remain focused on trying to enact health care reform. http://adugan-billclintonblog.blogspot.com/
have lost pretty much most if not all respect for Bill Clinton... and after Hillary was race-baited so clearly and blatantly...Bill as well (I'll never forget he was almost in tears at an AA church after that Finally-proud-to-be-american-michelle-antoinette screamed about the word "fairytale")... I have no respect for Bill clinton anymore for defending this illegimate fraud....hillary I still have respect for so far.. she is staying out of this whole mess....she needs to quit and leave this incompetent adm.!

Hey Bill, I love ya but do me a favor and STFU!!!!! I cannot BELIEVE Bill Clinton would say that some criticism of Oasshat is racially motivated. WTF is wrong with him??? I think the whole world has gone crazy and apparently Bill Clinton is leading the pack.

I am sure SOME of the criticism is racially motivated SOME not Most or ALL I find that Bill was trying to be fair. I didn't get the message he was insulting the people who disagree with Obama more saying to the Obama Admin and Dems to stop racebaiting and get on with their jobs. I do not believe for one moment that BC forgot the race baiting as it hurt him very much.

I agree, Hmg. I don't think Joe Wilson's comment was racist. There is more legitimate criticism than racially motivated criticism. But some of it is racial.
Imo, a whole lot of the disapproval about Obama is because of all the grandiose claims he made during the election. He promised post-racial, post-partisan government, along with a many other things he couldn't deliver. Most pols do some of that, granted. But, Obama's attitude, all knowing, condescending demeanor, his ****iness, along with the very grandiose claims he made just set him up for failure and resentment.
In other words - don't act so above it all when your mouth is writing checks your butt can't cash - regardless of your race.

I think Bill's "some, but not all" response was fine. He was being diplomatic. I'm sure he doesn't want to stir up trouble for Hillary. And of course, "some" leaves Bill plenty of wiggle room in case he decides to elaborate on his response at a later date.
I thought he was great last nite. He is respecting the fact that his wife is the Sec. of State. He does not want to say or do anything to hurt her. The country always comes first with the Clintons. The fact that this week the UN Gen Assembly is meeting makes for Bill Clinton to be very diplomatic. I appreciated his respect for the Sec. of State and the Administration for which Hillary is working her butt off.

I have NO COMMENT on what BC said. What I want to know is, what is this word?
"...his ****iness..."
I could think of a few that would fit!
Good morning, Hillary's Word!

I heard BC talking on Good Morning America this morning and he came out and said the disagreement that many are having with healthcare and other O agenda items are not racially motivated.

Exactly. He has to be diplomatic. But he's right. While the overwhelming majority of us dislike Obama for the content of his character there are still some people who dislike him because of his race. The racists are a very small minority but they do exist.
Trust me, neither Clinton or their supporters have forgotten the race baiting sliming we all received but this is something that has to be very VERY delicately handled for Hillary's political future.
