PRINCETON, NJ -- Hillary Clinton lost the 2008 Democratic presidential nomination to Barack Obama, but in one respect she now ranks ahead of Obama. The president's current favorable rating of 56% is down 22 percentage points since January. Over the same time span, Clinton's favorable rating has changed little, and now, at 62%, it exceeds Obama's.
If you have time to read the comments after the commentary you'll note that conservatives have generally favorable things to say about HC and that the Obots continue to insult her. They just can't accept that their chosen one was a huge disappointment.
There are two phrases I don't agree with within the article: when he calls HC a "socialist" and her campaign "miserable." Maybe I'm misinterpreting how he is using the words though.
I completely agree with his final quote: "For liberals, though, the strange, sad longing for the woman they rejected has only just begun."
The DNP sure knows how to do it wrong. Talk about killing the goose...
The media totally failed its responsibility to the citizens in 2008. The more they got the tingles the less factual and more animated their polarized talks became and we got served hog on a golden platter.

Holy Moley, I love this article! Some delicious tidbits:
With the mumbling, accidental socialism of Obama, the insurance companies get richer and the middle class gets to pay more for less care. And what the working stiffs don’t pay, senior citizens will sacrifice in the form of Medicare cuts.
That’s why so many liberals are now remembering Clinton’s other line from the Ohio primary of March 2008: “Shame on you, Barack Obama.”
She knew what we knew, and tried to tell everyone without being hung out to dry.
Most conservatives had their moment of regret for Clinton’s loss long ago when they realized that Obama was completely out his depth.
It started during the period of “The Office of the President-Elect” and continued as Google proved better at vetting members of the administration than the transition team.
Let's be clear: The usurper got the team he WANTED. He KNEW their past - that's why he hired this group of crooks and scoundrels!
~~~
But conservatives know that they never would have had a chance with Clinton. Where Obama has overfilled his plate like a kid at Thanksgiving dinner and now stares at an unappetizing mountain of cold mashed potatoes, Clinton would have taken measured bites and finished the whole feast.
By the end of her second term (oh, yes), Clinton might have undone the Republican Party for good, turning it into a marginal force that could occasionally block the majority but never really rule.
~~~
But had she won, there’s no doubt that she would have ground up the bones of her enemies and baked chocolate chip cookies with them. Obama, though, has proven to be the only person who could make the GOP look reasonable again after the misadventures of the Bush years.
And that is why many Republicans voted for him. Way to go, Coward Dean, Nazi Pelosi, and Donkey Brassiere, etc.!
Good news, though. I talked with my ex-husband last night, and the health care bill put him over the edge: It opened his eyes to Obama's true corporate tool nature. One more for our side!

First... Hillary is NOT some lefty radical loony... she is a moderate... very strong on national defense, wanted fiscal discipline... I did NOT agree with her 90's Hillary care.. that was socialism... BUT her 2008 plan was very much free market... and kept the govt OUT of healthcare, while providing more afforadable access to more americans..
Bill clinton was more of lefty than Hillary..
as for the poll.. notice Hillary;s numbers stays constant.. the nitwit in the WH.. well they are plummeting, as we expected, and they have a long ways to go..
as far as I am concerned.. Hillary Clinton won the primaries and should have been Madame President Hillary Clinton..
Finally, Hillary Rodham Clinton has bested Barack Obama in a head-to-head matchup at the polls.
One year after their grueling fight for the Democratic nomination, Gallup reports that the secretary of state is now posting a 62% approval rating, compared with the president's tally of 56%.
"Clinton's current favorable rating ranks among her best in the 17 years Gallup has polled Americans about her," said the organization. Her highest-ever rating? That was 67%, right after her husband, President Bill Clinton, was impeached by the U.S. House of Representatives.
Maybe she has found a job worthy of her ambitions -- delivering America's message to nations around the world. Just the other day, Clinton seemed to rule out a run for the presidency again. "No, no, no," is how she put it to NBC's Ann Curry. "This is a great job. It is a 24-7 job. And I'm looking forward to retirement at some point."
But given the new numbers, the New York Daily News couldn't resist noting that HRC has about $3 million in her political coffers and added, "For Hillary fans old and new, ya never know."
