Thanks, TBW. I'm not really awake enough to comment on American-Russian relations and how that interfaces with nuclear proliferation. But I will say that I love the way people react to being around Hillary - they look so delighted!

Hillary is thinking to herself "Hey Barack look no teleprompter" lol She is good at what she does. This Country is going to lose a lot when she quits to become Governor of NY.
