Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton accompanied President Obama to the U.S. Military Academy at West Point on Tuesday to hear him deliver his speech on his Afghanistan strategy. After that, she will hit Capitol Hill and Brussels, Belgium, where NATO ministers will be meeting to consider sending more troops to Afghanistan, following up on the U.S. commitment for 30,000 additional military members.

Clinton's Wednesday: According to the State Department, Clinton "will have about seven hours of hearings tomorrow, beginning with the Senate Armed Services Committee at 9, and then that will be followed in the afternoon by the House Foreign Affairs Committee." She'll be joined by Defense Secretary Robert Gates and Admiral Mike Mullen, chairman of the joint chiefs of staff, at both of those briefings.

Clinton's Thursday: The same three will participate in the hearing at the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. That starts at 9. She then travels to Brussels.

Clinton's Friday: "There will be a meeting of the North Atlantic Council at the level of foreign ministers at NATO headquarters," her spokesman said.

"On the agenda, there will also be a meeting of NATO foreign ministers with non-NATO ISAF contributing nations and a NATO-Russia Council working lunch. She, of course, will also meet with the NATO Secretary General [Anders Fogh] Rasmussen, as well as with the newly appointed Belgian Prime Minister, Yves Leterme, and Foreign Minister, Steven Vanackere, and EU leaders."

So am I, since Obama kept saying he was against the war, and Hillary voted for the war.
What a fricken mess.
