Great find VotedHillary, thank you for the post.

Yes, that was quite an answer from Kerry! I hope SOS Galvin speeds up the process and seats the winner fast, like they have shown they can do before. Besides, they have shown urgency in filling the seat with a temporary stop-gap measure.. so the state has shown urgency before.
