She would have had a serious focus on economy. Her approach to health care would have been markedly different (tort reform, cross border competition). She would have focused like laser beam on Iran matter right off the gate in January. Afghanistan would have received more troops much earlier in the year.
And we would be looking forward to seeing pictures of a wedding in the WH.

I don't think so because Hillary built up a great deal of good will with the other side during her tenure as Senator. She won a hard-earned respect from the other side.
Plus, she would not have squandered her first year with I OWN the agenda. She knows how to play nice with others.
I doubt Hillary would have started with healthcare first. She would have concentrated on growing the economy.

She would have played nice, but the politicians, & media, would spin it against her. I do agree she would have started with protect America from terrorism first, and then the economy..............And people would have been looking forward to Bill being in the background on the economy.
They would have picked on her still but now its a whole new ball game. PUMA roared and people are afraid. Sexism is being talked about more. Oh we are headed in the right direction.
She would have focused first on the economy.. on small businesses and job creation. On subsidies for new jobs. On small scale industry start-up subsidies to promote entrepreneurship and self-employment.
Then, with that tailwind, she would have breezed through Health care reform with these two key aspects: - cross border competition - tort reform. - opening the insurance that congresspeople enjoy to those without insurance with some subsidies to tide them over.
Meanwhile, she would have had AnneMarie Slaughter handle foreign policy execution as SOS. I am quite sure AnneMarie would have been her choice.
