I don't believe that Ed Rendell actually believes Obama is a good communicator.  He needs a teleprompter for every damn speech even when he is speaking to fourth graders. Please Ed for the sake of your state stop embarrassing yourself and our state.  Hey Ed the Rankin Bridge is still not completed can you worry about that and stop worrying about Obama's speaking skills.
He is right about Obama not doing well this year though.
