Hillary has a greater grasp of the dynamics of diplomacy and foreign relations than any SOS I can remember. Her knowledge of history, government, politics forms a broad base from which to draw the raw information her job requires, but it's her insight into the universal needs and issues of human kind, and her willingness to do the work required, along with her total commitment to this country and human rights world wide that make her such an excellent SOS.
